What we collect
We collect the name and email supplied by your verified Google sign-in, your Realm ID, Key status, service-transaction identifiers, payment amount and status, account dates, and the first time a Digital Key opens private content. For billing, we collect your legal name, address, country, state, postal code and business GSTIN where supplied, and retain invoice and payment snapshots for accounting. If you join a Realm Drop, we also collect the information you submit there.
Payments
Razorpay processes payment credentials. Naarsi Realm receives transaction identifiers and status information needed to activate access, reconcile payments, support refunds and meet accounting obligations. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
How data is used
- To authenticate your Realm identity and deliver the paid access service.
- To prevent duplicate service-fee payments, fraud and unauthorised Vault access.
- To provide support, refunds, statutory records and transaction reconciliation.
- To send Realm communications where you have separately consented.
- To understand site performance when analytics consent is granted.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for Google authentication, Razorpay payments, secure site hosting, protected media and consent-based analytics. They process information under their own legal obligations and applicable agreements. We do not sell your personal information.
Optional analytics and advertising
With your permission, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel record public-page visits, successful signups, checkout starts and verified Key purchases to help us understand the website and measure advertising. These services receive browser and device information and may use cookies. We do not send your sign-in details, names, email addresses or billing form fields as event data, and automatic form matching is disabled. Marketing tracking is excluded from the admin, private account, invoice and listening pages.
You can allow or decline this optional tracking, or change your decision using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining does not affect your Realm access or purchases.
Retention and choices
Account and transaction records are retained while your Digital Key remains active and for any additional period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal obligations. You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where retention is not legally required. Analytics choices can be changed from the website footer.
