What we collect
We collect the name and email supplied by your verified Google sign-in, your Realm ID, Key status, service-transaction identifiers, payment amount and status, account dates, and the first time a Digital Key opens private content. When promotional Realm Credit use opens, we will also keep the entitlement, remaining balance and redemption history needed to honour eligible eligible transactions. If you join a Realm Drop, we also collect the information you submit there.
Payments
Razorpay processes payment credentials. Naarsi Realm receives transaction identifiers and status information needed to activate access, reconcile payments, support refunds and meet accounting obligations. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password.
How data is used
- To authenticate your Realm identity and deliver the paid access service.
- To prevent duplicate service-fee payments, fraud and unauthorised Vault access.
- To maintain promotional Realm Credit balances, use and eligible-transaction records.
- To provide support, refunds, statutory records and transaction reconciliation.
- To send Realm communications where you have separately consented.
- To understand site performance when analytics consent is granted.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for Google authentication, Razorpay payments, secure site hosting, protected media and consent-based analytics. They process information under their own legal obligations and applicable agreements. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and choices
Account and transaction records are retained while your Digital Key remains active and for any additional period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal obligations. You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where retention is not legally required. Analytics choices can be changed from the website footer.
