No physical shipment
The ₹1,008 payment is a one-time fee for the digital Realm Key access service. It is not a physical-product purchase. Nothing is shipped, no delivery fee is charged, and no courier address is required to activate the service. Physical Realm Keys and merchandise, when offered, are separate transactions with their own prices, taxes and shipping terms.
How access arrives
After Razorpay confirms the captured service fee, Realm Key access is activated on the Google Realm identity used at checkout. Access normally appears immediately in your Realm account and is also confirmed on screen. Complimentary promotional Realm Credit with a face value of ₹1,008 is then recorded separately against that identity for eligible future drops.
Using Realm Credit
Eligible drops will clearly state when the promotional Realm Credit can be applied. The benefit may be applied across eligible future transactions until its balance reaches zero. It is not a merchandise deposit or advance. Any product price, applicable tax and delivery or shipping charge is handled as part of the separate future transaction; Realm Credit cannot be used toward shipping.
If activation is delayed
First reopen your Realm account using the same Google email. If access is still missing, email info@naarsirealm.com with your account email and Razorpay payment ID so the transaction can be reconciled securely.
