Entering the Realm
These terms govern use of naarsirealm.com and payment of the Realm Key access-service fee to Naarsi Realm Pvt. Ltd. By creating a Realm account or activating paid access, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy, refund and service-activation policies.
Realm Key access service
₹1,008 is charged as a one-time service fee, inclusive of applicable GST, for lifetime participation in the Realm Key access programme. It is not a subscription and has no renewal charge. Access is personal, non-transferable and bound to the verified Google identity used at checkout.
The service fee is consideration for digital access and related programme services. It is not the sale price of a product or physical Key, and it is not a token, voucher, deposit or advance payment for merchandise or a future drop.
“Lifetime” means continuing access without another Key fee for the operating lifetime of the Realm Digital Key programme. Access includes private song-world Vaults and future digital drops specifically designated for lifetime Digital Keyholders.
On activation, Naarsi Realm separately awards complimentary promotional Realm Credit with a face value of ₹1,008 to the same Realm identity. This benefit is not a conversion, refund or reservation of the service fee and is not an advance or part-payment for goods. It may be applied when an eligible future drop expressly accepts Realm Credit, across multiple eligible transactions until the balance reaches zero.
Realm Credit has no expiry, is personal and non-transferable, carries no cash value, earns no interest and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. A future physical-product transaction will state its own price, applicable taxes and delivery charges; shipping is always paid separately and cannot be covered by Realm Credit. Paying the access-service fee does not itself include a physical Key, merchandise, shipping, event tickets or separately priced releases unless expressly stated.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, keep control of your Google account and be at least 18 years old, or use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not resell, share, copy, bypass or commercially exploit private Realm material.
Access may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, unlawful conduct, credential sharing or a serious breach of these terms. Legitimate account-recovery requests can be sent to support.
Payments and availability
The Realm Key access-service fee is processed by Razorpay. Access activates only after the payment is securely verified as captured. Complimentary Realm Credit is then recorded separately against the same Realm identity and becomes usable when an eligible drop opens. Service maintenance, internet failures or events outside reasonable control may cause temporary interruption; we will work to restore access.
Creative rights
Music, films, artwork, writing, designs, the VVV relic and other Realm material remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Your Key grants personal access, not ownership or permission to redistribute the material.
