Seven days while unused
You may request a full refund of the Realm Key access-service fee within seven calendar days after activation if the service remains unused. The service becomes used when the connected Realm account first opens private Keyholder content or a private song-world Vault, or when any part of the complimentary ₹1,008 Realm Credit is applied.
How to request it
Email info@naarsirealm.com from the Google email connected to your Realm account. Include your name and Razorpay payment ID. We will verify the service-payment date and Key-usage record before approving the request.
Other eligible cases
Duplicate charges, a captured payment that never activates access, or another confirmed technical billing error can be reviewed regardless of whether the ordinary seven-day request applies. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
After approval
Refunds return to the original payment method and remain subject to bank and payment-provider processing time. Refunding the full service fee ends lifetime access and cancels the entire complimentary Realm Credit balance. A separately purchased physical product follows the policy displayed for that physical drop.
After use or seven days
Voluntary refunds are not normally available after private content has been opened, any Realm Credit has been redeemed or the seven-day window has ended, except where required by law or where Naarsi Realm confirms a billing or access failure.
